The “BANTOU” restaurant embodies a return to basics, a culinary stroll for the pleasure of your palates which introduces you to Cameroonian cuisine and elsewhere in compliance with international standards.

The adventure begins in 2020 with the “B FOOD” business project presented in the form of a dissertation as part of the Global Executive MBA triple diploma course from the Institut Français de Gestion (IFG) Executive Education in Paris, presented at the IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School by the Promoter recognized with the mention “very good” by the jury (November 2021 session). In May 2022, the promoter joined forces with his wife, an experienced artist and event decorator, and decided to set up a stone's throw from the Vita route in the city of Douala, a new and original place to celebrate local and overseas cuisine. , They name the restaurant “BANTOU” a name full of African history but also of gastronomic memories. Today, the sensory experience of its visitors has made the restaurant number 1 in taste and customer experience.
